In the newly redesigned showroom, this customer focus takes centre stage more than ever. Customers are inspired by atmospheric displays and an atelier where they can feel and assemble materials themselves. A cosy coffee corner and interactive consultation area perfectly complement KwadrO's warm and welcoming atmosphere.

"Our traditional showroom no longer met the expectations of today’s customers,” says Michiel Odeurs, CEO at KwadrO, as he begins his story. "Customers aren’t just looking for a sales pitch, they want an inspiring, interactive experience where they can truly envision their ideal windows and doors."

The new showroom concept places the customer experience at the centre, immersing customers in the KwadrO story. "The showrooms have a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every detail, from the décor, colour choices, and materials to the 'staff wall' and the many 'know-it-all' information points scattered throughout, reflects KwadrO's friendly and approachable character. The digital screens also support our personal approach, dynamically showcasing our story: from our commitment to sustainability to our products and our customer experiences."

Digital screens offer us enormous flexibility. We operate in a rapidly evolving market, not just in terms of innovation and product development, but also in customer expectations. The screens allow us to adapt quickly to new trends, promotions and changing customer needs.

The digital screens are an extension of KwadrO’s digital approach across the entire organization and customer journey. "We aim for optimal communication with our customers, which is why we have invested heavily in digital communication within our showrooms," Michiel explains.

 

"A dynamic welcome screen offers visitors a personalised experience, while additional screens in the coffee corner help immerse them further into our story. In the consultation areas, screens are used not only for communication but also to visualize quotations and create instant simulations. Our real eye-catcher, however, is the atelier. "Here, customers can experiment with colours, materials and styles, making their choices tangible. It is a place where inspiration and expertise meet. Through a digital mood board, customers can mix and match materials and colours and explore different styles and options."

From strategy to results

Modular concept

Wave of Engagement was responsible for designing the new showroom concept. "Together with Wave of Engagement, we have created a strong concept that truly reflects who we are as a brand: warm, personal, digital and customer centric."

 

The goal is to roll out this new look across all showrooms. "KwadrO has over 20 showrooms across Flanders and is a brand in full expansion. New showrooms are continually being opened following the new concept, while existing locations are also undergoing a transformation," Michiel adds. "The concept has been divided into different modules, allowing us to selectively implement updates in more recent showrooms. This way, our existing showrooms are also refreshed in a sustainable and budget-friendly manner."
