Enhanced experience with digital signage

Kentucky immerses horse lovers in brand identity

The Kentucky concept stores have undergone a true transformation, placing style, innovation, and quality at the forefront. In addition to thoughtfully presenting high-quality equine products, strategically placed digital signage throughout the shops reinforces the brand identity. These redesigned stores are truly a paradise for horse enthusiasts.

From passion to profession

Authentic experience

Kentucky Horsewear was founded in 2010 when Thomas Tuytens merged his passion for horses and textiles to create a brand that would stand out in the equestrian world. From the start, the company’s mission was clear: to design high-quality equine products that set new standards in the market.

With this focused vision, Kentucky Horsewear quickly established itself as a key player in the industry. Today, the brand is a cornerstone of equestrian sports, offering riders nearly everything they need – whether online or in one of the newly transformed Kentucky concept stores.

Atmosphere and experience

Digital signage

"Everything comes together beautifully in our Kentucky concept stores,” says Thomas Tuytens, CEO of Kentucky Horsewear. “Our stores are a true haven for horse lovers: there, our customers can see, feel, and test our products firsthand. Digital technology has also been integrated into the new stores, allowing customers to explore the full range through interactive screens. Additional digital displays throughout the shop further strengthen the brand’s identity.

“The digital displays put an even greater spotlight on our products and create the right atmosphere. Both the décor and the combination of music, scent, lighting, and visuals in our shops, create an authentic shopping experience for our customers."

“We have a lot of great branding videos and images of our collection that we naturally like to show in our shops. So, integrating digital signage at various points in the Kentucky stores felt very natural to us. Today, after training with DOBIT, we manage our screen communications entirely ourselves, allowing us to quickly and easily update our content."

Simple mission

Huge growth

That Kentucky experienced phenomenal growth is proven by the new warehouse of no less than 3,200 square metres built in 2022 and the 1,500 square metres of office space added. “We now have more than 35 employees and operate in quite a few countries”, Thomas said.

“We can link Kentucky Horsewear's success factors directly to its strategic pillars: sales, marketing, and logistics. But of course, everything hinges on our products, which brings us back to our mission: to create high-quality equine products. It was never our intention to be the biggest or most famous. We just wanted to stand out. And it seems we have succeeded!"

Impressive eye-catchers

LED walls

In Ronse, both the shop and head office feature two additional eye-catchers. The impressive LED walls brighten up the room. "A LED wall is ideal for creating the right atmosphere and really becomes an integral part of the interior," says Nele Bruers, CEO at DOBIT. "By displaying beautiful atmospheric visuals, you immerse customers even deeper in the world of your brand, which helps boost customer satisfaction and loyalty."

Installing an LED wall requires precision and attention to detail. "We are extremely proud to have been entrusted with these installations. Our Solutions Architects put in extensive preparatory work, from site visits to technical drawings, ensuring the installation went smoothly while minimising any disruption to the shop and offices."

Multifunctional LED screen

State of the art meeting rooms

Another gem in the HQ office in Ronse is undoubtedly the large boardroom on the top floor. A long table fills the space, a sleek seating area allows for informal consultation and the large windows with inviting terrace encourage creativity. And the icing on the cake is a large LED wall that serves as a presentation screen.

"The LED wall is multifunctional. In the first place as a presentation screen, where - thanks to the size of the screen - we can display several windows side by side," Thomas Tuytens explains. "In addition, we also invested in a high-quality videoconferencing system to efficiently collaborate and consult remotely in this room as well. But also for creating the right atmosphere, the LED wall is ideal. Our photos and videos come out very nicely on the LED wall, which of course is also a nice bonus for a product presentation or launch, for example."
