Each meeting room at the VGC is equipped with a small screen at the entrance. The screens in the meeting rooms pull their data automatically from the meeting calendar. Via a dynamic link to the booking system, each screen indicates how the room is being used throughout the day. Visitors thus know exactly where they are expected and internal employees can see which rooms are free and when.

Dynamic and efficient
The VGC (the local representative of the Flemish authorities in the Brussels-Capital Region) wants to continue developing as an efficient, effective and communicative public body. In order to optimise internal communication, the VGC opted for 5 large and 16 smaller digital signage screens. DOBIT developed the system, set up the screens and provided content management training.
