Digital product guide

The "Essential Gear Wall" is an interactive screen placed centrally in the Hockey department. With this self-service solution, Decathlon provides targeted advice to the customer without an expert always being present in the shop. Via the intuitive application, the customer is presented with a number of questions in order to find the perfect hockey equipment, step by step.

Decathlon opted for a flexible suspension system, allowing the interactive screen to be easily integrated into the existing infrastructure. In addition, the Android operating system ensures a seamless integration with Decathlon's API platform.


Customer card registration

Delhaize invested in no less than 615 self-service kiosks to make the new SuperPlus loyalty card accessible to everyone. Through a simple application the customer can create the new loyalty card all by himself.

Thanks to EloView, the installation was truly 'plug & play': as soon as the kiosk had power and internet connection, it automatically retrieved the right application and the kiosk mode was activated. In addition, thanks to EloView Delhaize has control over the entire kiosk network at all times.
